At higher frequency bands (greater than 1GHZ), special plates are required, such as ROGERS plates. Such plates have good high-frequency performance, stable dielectric constant, low loss factor, good heat resistance, processing technology and FR -4 is equivalent, but its sheet cost is high. The industry adopts a mixed board, which is formed by laminating and mixing two different boards to form a multi-layer board structure to meet the application requirements of high and low frequencies. However, the expansion coefficients of the two materials are quite different, and they are prone to warping. How to ensure the flatness of the finished product is a difficult problem for the mixed laminated board.
